Tanner Graduates!

Tanner is finally officially ready for kindergarten. I guess that's what it means when you graduate from preschool!
Here is his cute little class - they did so great on their program!

Tanner is a very boisterous singer. I can always hear him whether it's in his school program, or primary, or at home! I love that he loves to sing.

This picture is of him singing "Jeremiah was a bullfrog". This was my favorite. He was so cute and I loved hearing all the children sing the funny words! It was adorable.

Tanner's teacher loved having Tanner in her class. She was great. She gave Tanner the "most eager to learn" award because he surpassed everything she had for him. She said that she could have given Tanner every award because he was super at everything. What a nice thing to say. Miss Konnie did a great job teaching him and Tanner loved preschool.

Craig and Alissa's Wedding Day

JD's sister Alissa was married Saturday the 23rd in the Mt. Timpinogas Temple. It also happened to be JD's 36th birthday! So lucky JD was surrounded by family all day long! It was a great day - lots of fun!

Josh came to the temple with us and waited outside with his cousins! Here are 2 of his cousins Ashley and Emily!

JD and I were married here almost 11 years ago - so we thought we would try to reenact some of our wedding pictures.

At the reception! The best part was the dancing! We boogied the night away!

Josh caught the garder - WHAT? He was embarrassed and tried to pawn it off on Dawson but he didn't want it. Oh well - I wonder what ever happened to it?

We are excited for Alissa and Craig. They will be a wonderful couple!

A Bear and a Bobcat!

Dawson just became a Cub Scout this month and has already got his Bobcat badge (it's really not that hard for those who don't know much about Cub Scouts)! So now he will work on all the requirements for his Wolf Badge. (That does take a bit longer).

Josh has been working on his Bear badge all year and finally got it on the same night as Dawson and his Bobcat! Yeah for my cute (I mean handsome) boys! 2 boys in Cubs - it's only the beginning!

Dawson's 8th Birthday!

May 4th 2001 - Dawson McKay Hanks was born! He has been so much fun to have in our family!


He is a bundle of fun. Dawson has a contagious laugh. It is so fun to watch him enjoy life!



I was once described as being "spicey" - I would have to say that that trait has been passed down! Dawson is spicey and fiesty yet sweet and loveable! He is awesome at everything he does - he is a hard worker and a great helper!


We love Dawson so much and we are excited to watch him continue to grow up! You rock Dawson!
